Open to all yogis (ages 14+)

Gentle Yoga
A slow, mindful, practice with an easy pace. This class is wonderful for students recovering from an injury / illness, athletes on a rest day, and seniors. Everyone is welcome.
VINYASA LEVEL 1
Intro to Yoga
A yoga flow focusing on common yoga poses and sun salutations. A great class for new practitioners, or a regular practitioner who desires a slower paced flow. 60 minutes.
VINYASA LEVEL 2
Vinyasa Flow
A steady flow with sun salutations that includes an introduction to arm balances and inversions. Regular practitioners and beginners are welcome. 60 minutes.
VINYASA LEVEL 3
Intermediate Vinyasa Flow
A powerful flow with multiple sun salutations, arm balances, and inversions. A great class for seasoned practitioners, or students who have a background in other athletic training. 75 minutes.

All classes are 60 minutes with the exception of Level 3 (75 minutes)

RATES
Free for RCF Members
Non-Members: $20 or 1 punch pass
Please arrive a few minutes before class start time.
Students arriving more than 10 minutes after class start time will not be allowed to participate.
To ensure the best experience, class size is limited.
Sign up in advance or space will be first come, first served.
Mats, blocks and straps are available for use.
Locker rooms are available on-site.
